  A lot of our clients have the same reaction upon seeing our stores, they all say : “This must be owned by musicians”. This never fails to put a smile on our faces because it means that they get it. You get it! You understand what Sound Essentials is all about.

Three years of research and travelling to various music capitals and music trade shows went into the planning of Sound Essentials. It took a lot of searching and testing before we came up with the brand portfolio that we now present to you. Valuable feedback from Filipino artists were also considered. Together with the personal musical preferences of the Managing Directors, the company’s vision took shape :

“To bring premium quality music accessories and hard-to-find music materials within easy reach and regular access to the Filipino music lover and musician.“

Isn’t it ironic that some of the world’s best musicians are Filipinos, but very few Filipino musicians have access to the best that the music world has to offer ? We know how frustrating it feels when something you need for your instrument is not available, or a certain musical score or transcription eludes you. We know because we’ve been through that and more.

In our own unique way, we at Sound Essentials strive to bring to you a slice of the big pie that is the international music industry. “Amazing!”, “Out of this world!”, “Finally!” ... these are just some of the reactions clients have upon seeing our products.
 
  Sound Essentials Inc. is a 100% Filipino owned private corporation. The group has been involved in the music industry since 1986 and has been active in both the trade and education part of it ever since. The Managing Directors have done their fair share of performing, competing, teaching and studying music, among other things. Like most of you, we tried to take a different path, successfully pursuing other careers. But in spite of the success, we still went back to music.   
     
  Music is a part of us. And maybe, that’s what sets Sound Essentials apart from the rest... for us, music is more than just a business. It is our passion.
